Volunteering

We have a long history of supporting local charity and community organisations. Volunteering in the communities we live and work in brings many benefits, and that’s why we support our employees with the option to take up to two volunteering leave days per year.

Volunteering comes in many forms, sharing professional skills through things like one-to-one mentoring, being a school governor or taking part in a community project; or it could be a team challenge like sprucing up a garden at a nearby school or helping out at a local retirement home.
